Elephant Road

This new construction project brought a mixture of retail, leisure and housing into a key intersection area of South London. Canopy works to the main building incorporated a Kalzip system with large roof lights installed within, a geometrically-complex trapezoidal Alucabond soffit, a mansafe system, and an extensive secondary steel to support the roof and soffit.

Additional works included a Fatra PVC membrane to the main façade of the leisure aspect of the complex, while the freestanding service pavilion was completed with red cedar cladding and a Kalzip roof.
