Our partnership with Rhino on the Sellindge Project has been truly commendable. This project presented several challenges, but Rhino’s strong technical skills helped us overcome many design issues. Rhino’s Procurement and Logistics team acted promptly to secure vital project resources and materials, mitigating the risk of delays caused by labour and material shortages, which are common issues in the industry, especially during the summer coupled with the ongoing conflict in Ukraine during the time, which had created a lot of market volatility. The management team at Rhino were meticulous and the gave the project the highest priority to ensure the very challenging project deadline was achieved.

I am pleased to confirm that Rhino Exteriors worked on the Gillender Street Project for Mount Anvil, completing three very complex roof constructions as well as many balcony soffits.

The works were carried out in a safe and methodical manner, and the Rhino team were always very professional and conscientious. We called on Rhino Exteriors to carry out various other items of work, from temporary waterproofing to additional metalwork which was all carried out very well.

Rhino Exteriors Limited recently undertook the design, procurement and installation of a complete exterior façade and roofing works package for Mace and my project team at the Met Police Estate in Hendon.

The attention to detail and selection of materials throughout the design period ensured that the site works were completed on programme and within budget. Due to the variety of works: cladding , roofing , landscaping, and waterproofing the construction team was facing challenges on daily bases, but I’m proud to say that works been executed with precision, on time, and barely any snagging.

Having lead the 50 Finsbury Square development as Project Director I have worked closely with Rhino and their site staff and Senior Management.

Rhino were engaged to deliver waterproofing and roof finishes, inc supply of material. Overall Rhino performed well, demonstrating good technical knowledge of the systems and products provided with good management of quality processes, in accordance with Mace procedures, which are ISO accredited, and where relevant in accordance with manufacturers quality procedures and control strategies.

I feel that Rhino have a suitable quality management process in place, off site and on site with multiple quality forms available to its operatives, allowing a good management of all matters, from documentation records to quality control on site.

As any build projects, there were challenges but I feel that Rhino were proactive in assisting and dealing with these, and I would not hesitate to work with them again.
